Monitoring & Visualisation Programme

A globally recognised financial organisation undertook a project after years of rapid growth to better manage their IT assets, implement central monitoring and control, along with remote application deployment technologies. The basis for this project was to implement a set of globally uniform tools that would allow network, server and storage capacity planning along with a homogenised monitoring programme.

• Creation of the deployment strategy, including build process/ requirements, lab testing, RTB, disposal of kit and deployment vendor tasks/ dependencies
• Creation of early life support model for XP including call logging and support
