As part of our defined CRES IT move-change service, ITPM has always provided a post-move onsite help desk service, which has been well received by our clients. We have now built upon this experience and prior experience of our management team to develop a help desk offering to our clients.
We are able to offer a range of help desk services from a pre-defined 'out-of-the box' solution through to one which is highly customised and totally bespoke. In all cases, we remain unconnected with help desk tool providers, but have a bank of knowledge so are able to recommend the right tool for you.
We also offer flexibility as to staffing models, from full outsource to build-operate-transfer.
