Responding to demand from our clients, ITPM set-up a Managed Services Practice in 2010.  It is founded upon the many years of prior experience we have of running both small and large scale operational IT environments.

Our Managed Services practice is able to work with you to evaluate your business and IT processes to work out how and how to transfer to a managed service, select the best solution via RFP and manage the transition.  Of course, we can provde the actual service itself, meaning that we can partner with you end-to-end.

You will find us both capable and responsive.  As well as meeting the required SLAs, we will strive constantly to add value to and improve service for your business.
