Passport Process

ITPM has successfully migrated over 45,000 users  and in doing so built an enviable track record of success and an in-depth knowledge of this discipline.

Using this knowledge, we have developed an in-house methodology and toolset - Passport - to control and simplify the move process, which can be fully managed service or integratied with clients' own processes and teams

The ITPM Passport Process (‘Passport’) was developed to control and track the movement of IT assets between locations in a guaranteed manner.  It has been refined and tested during many equipment migrations to the current production release level – v1.1.

Passport consists of a framework, methodology and toolset to govern and control the equipment migrations through to re-commission at the target location.

Passport is highly scalable and repeatable; it ensures success by the use of appropriate controls whilst keeping the overhead to a minimum.

Passport is available as part of any ITPM move-change work.
